Are you experiencing a technical problem with a GCE Electronics product? Our Diagnosis & Repair service allows you to return your equipment to us for expert appraisal, subject to conditions valid only in mainland France.

After opening a ticket on our helpdesk(click here), you will receive a prepaid return label. Once we have received the equipment, we will carry out a quick diagnosis to assess its reparability. If the product is repairable, it will be returned after repair.

The purchase of this service implies acceptance of the recommended repair, up to an amount less than or equal to the price of the new product. A quotation is not systematically provided, except in cases of obvious non-repairability.
