GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1) Preamble :
Sales made by the company gce electronics are subject to the following general terms and conditions to which the purchaser declares to adhere without restrictions or reservations as soon as he places an order on the Internet site gce-electronics.com or sends an order form.
These general conditions of sale specify, in particular, the conditions of order, payment, delivery and management of any returns of products ordered by the purchasers.

2) Prices:
The prices of our products are indicated in euros.
Any order placed on our site or via an order form, delivered outside mainland France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. We are not obliged to check and inform you of the customs duties and taxes applicable. Discount vouchers and loyalty points cannot be accumulated and are valid for 1 year.
3) Validation:
By validating your order using the validation button on the site or by sending an order form, you declare that you fully and unreservedly accept all of these general terms and conditions of sale.
4) Payment conditions :
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Payment can be made by credit card via PAYPAL, bank cheque or bank transfer. Depending on the country, processing fees may be added.
Cheques should be made payable to GCE Electronics and sent to GCE Electronics 9 rue Jean Mermoz, 44980 SAINTE LUCE SUR LOIRE, France.
In the event of payment by cheque or bank transfer, the order will be processed only with reception of the payment, lengthening the delivery periods consequently.
In accordance with French law no. 2012-387 of 22 March 2012 and its implementing decree no. 2012-1115 of 2 October 2012, any delay in payment by the agreed due date will result in a minimum increase of €40 in the unpaid amount, in addition to any other rights and conventional late payment penalties. Interest shall accrue automatically at the rate of 10% per annum, without the need for a written document evidencing the unpaid amount. 5) Availability of Products :
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and within the limits of available stocks.
In the event that a product is definitively unavailable, the buyer will be informed immediately and the order will be automatically cancelled.
The buyer will then receive a refund of his/her order by cheque as soon as possible.
6) Delivery costs :
Each order is subject to carriage costs calculated as accurately as possible according to the weight and destination of your order.

Delivery is made to the address indicated at the time of your order.
Delivery times average 48 to 72 hours. However, these times are given as an indication only.
They are average times corresponding to the processing and delivery times of an order. Our shipments are insured, however it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the goods upon delivery.
The signature certifying delivery of the parcel is proof of receipt.
In the case of an opened or deteriorated parcel, the customer will have to announce the problem to GCE Electronics in the 3 working days by writing by email to contact@gce-electronics.com or by registered mail with acknowledgement of delivery to GCE Electronics 9 rue Jean Mermoz 44980 SAINTE LUCE SUR LOIRE. In the absence of complaint within this period of 3 working days, the products will be regarded as delivered in conformity and accepted by the customer.
Customers wishing to use their own carrier may make their request by telephone to customer service. In this case, the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer as soon as it leaves our premises. It is up to the customer to insure the parcel with the height of its value. The responsibility for GCE Electronics could not be committed in the event of loss, flight or deterioration of the parcel.
8) Guarantees and hidden defects :

9) Product returns :
You have a legal period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods to return them in whole or in part. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and undamaged, and in perfect condition for resale, failing which they will not be reimbursed. 11) Limitation of liability:

In order to prevent any risk of electrocution, the electronic cards sold bare without casing must not be used in the state with voltages higher than 24 Volts (direct or alternating). Maintenance and/or wiring work must be carried out with the power off and by a qualified professional.
