This package allows you to benefit from a standard repair at a fixed rate, after validation of the diagnosis by our technical service. It applies to products whose breakdown has been identified as repairable without major replacement.

This package includes labour, standard replacement components and workshop inspection and testing. It applies only after acceptance by our technical team, following a material return initiated from the helpdesk.

The package does not apply to complex repairs requiring major replacement or complete refurbishment, or to products declared to be beyond repair.
